The end to a long week working away in Alicante!
Well done to the team who worked tirelessly through the rain and wind to get this installation finished.
This enormous installation features a 28m glazed roof which follows the house roof around 3 sides and fitted with motorised roof awnings for sun protection.
Our own 'Luxiglass' 10mm toughened glass curtains have been fitted along a 12m section at the front and across the terrace.
Motorised 'zipper track' insect screens and motorised sun blinds fitted back to back along the front.
A custom 150x150mm box section aluminum structure and 'fly free' area at one end.
A pair of French doors, fixed windows, screen doors and dog doors complete the setup.
The whole setup was completed with wind sensors and a Somfy smart home system for voice activation of the motorised screens and awnings.
We will be returning next week to finish the sealing when it has dried, and also to take some more footage.
